SHIPPING POLICY
All orders ship within 2-3 business days of being placed. Orders ship with USPS with delivery confirmation & tracking. A tracking number will be emailed to you. Expedited shipping is available. Signature may be requested on orders at our discretion.
RETURN POLICY
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority! If you’re unhappy with your order, we will gladly accept non-custom items to be returned for a full refund within 45 days from the date of delivery as indicated by courier notification.
- Returns must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging, including boxes, pouches, or gifts with purchase.
- All personalized, name, initial styles and any engraved orders are FINAL SALE
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We are not responsible for return shipping charges.
- ALL internationalorders can be returned. Please contact us for the address of our returns center in UK and Canada
*Please take extra care when packing your items to ensure they will not be damaged in transit. All returns will be go through an inspection process before they are accepted. We are unable to accept returned products that have been damaged. (Tangled, scratched etc.) If we do not receive your return package as described above, we reserve the right to refuse your return or please note a fee may apply.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
- STEP 1:To request a return, go to:
- STEP 2:Before you send the return, please ensure the item is in the original packaging and in a shipping box *Sending in an envelope may damage the item and we will not be able to accept the return.
- STEP 3:Print out your return label and ship the item back to us via US Postal Service with Insurance and Delivery confirmation. (This will allow you to track the return).
- STEP 4:Allow 3-5 business days after receipt for your return to be processed, once processed you will be notified via email
Curata Jewelry is not responsible for return items damaged in the mail or lost if shipped on your own.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can be cancelled with 3 hours after they have been placed.
REPAIR POLICY
We hope that the quality of our product will withstand all of life’s adventures, however, should your Curata Jewelry piece need repair within 365 days of purchase, we will repair your piece free of charge.
You may contact info@curatajewelry.com with your order number and an image of the piece needing service.
PLEASE NOTE: Repairs have a processing time of 4-6 weeks, depending on the level of repair required for your jewelry. During high order volume there may be unexpected delays and longer production times. Items that are international orders, lost, altered or repaired outside of Curata Jewelry will result in voided warranty.
