How long does it take to receive my order?
In stock items will ship in 1-3 business days. This does not include shipping time.
We are 95% in stock for non-engraved items. Engraved items will require an additional 3 processing days.
Can I expedite my order by choosing expedited shipping?
We do have an expedited shipping option that will allow you to upgrade your shipment to Priority Mail for it to arrive within 2-3 day of the ship date.
We provide free standard shipping to US Shipping addresses and a $9.99 charge for expedited shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
We do ship internationally to Canada, Great Britain and most EU countries. We ship via Federal Express for faster delivery.
Our international shipping charges are $24.99 USD.
Unfortunately we cannot accept orders to any other countries.
How can I be assured that I am getting what I paid for?
We take metal purity and gemstone authenticity very seriously.
All of our products go through rigorous quality control testing to make sure that they pass FTC guidelines for gold content and gemstone accuracy.
All of our jewelry will have the gold purity hallmark of 18k, 14k or 10k.
Is your jewelry hypoallergenic and water proof?
All of our gold jewelry is solid gold and will be hypoallergenic and waterproof.
Some of our sterling silver might have nickel.
We do not carry fashion or plated metal jewelry.
Does Curata Jewelry have a warranty?
Curata Jewelry has a two year free repair warranty and a lifetime warranty against discoloration on our AAA graded cubic zirconia.
Do you accept returns?
All unworn and unengraved jewelry can be returned for a full refund within 45 days. We do not pay for return shipping and refunds are issued within 2-5 day of receipt.
